App works great and is very realistic!! The splash-intro screen for the other apps comes up for 4-5 seconds....be patient people!! SUPER idea and SUPER APP!!! Also, you need to have speakers to hear!! Plug your iPod Touch into speakers or put earphones in. iPhones and iPads work great!! Our 4 kids love it!!!! Thanks!!! Best Christmas app for kids hands down!!!

Not sure what other are experiencing, but this app works perfect and is a great app getting my child to behave a little better knowing santa is a phone call away, also to watch her when to phone rings and its Santa has been priceles.

Move the vibrate switch to allow sound.

Love this! The sound doesnt work with phone on vibrate but when your device is set properly to deliver the sound you will not be disappointed. Ads for other apps I can use are displayed then Santa always comes through! Graphics are fantastic! Thank you!

App works as promised but the intro advertisement is ridiculous for a pay app and they should upgrade the pic of Santa its just not good.

I figured I could use it more than once, but its one call, my phones ring was on silent which apparently cant be for you to even hear Santa when he talks. So all we saw was a lame picture of Santa for 2 bucks. I bought it thinking itd be better than the free ones but the opposite was true. Also, whenever I click on the app it goes straight to buy one of their other waste of money products.

After more patience I realize you have to wait for the ads to disappear before the app starts. Worked fine for me after. Im not sure how long before she realizes its not real :)

I tried to use this app and it doesnt work. When Santa calls back there is dead air - its silent. I tried deleting and re-installing the app but it still didnt work. Dont waste your money!!!

Doesnt work! If you want to throw money in the garbage, buy thus app. Complete waste!

Ive had this app for a couple of years now and it is awesome. I never had the sound issues others did; I tried switching the ringer off and on during a "call" and the sound does go off with the ringer off. I imagine this will be the last year it works for us unless the company changes the messages a little (my little is 6 and VERY smart, though she believes in Santa with great fervor). Best $2 ever spent on an app.

Id like a full refund. Completely silent. Waste of money.

How do I contact app support? The link for app support does nothing and when I open the app it goes directly to an Easter ad!

No sound when "call" comes in. Dont buy it!

Could not hear SANTA

Do not waste your money on this. I was very disappointed that this was a paid app with bad quality. Should be able to hear voice first. 3 year old pegged as an app in under a minute.

Santa needs to at least wave while he is talking so its more believable, otherwise its pretty good.

No matter what I do I cant get it to work. I checked all my settings and deleted it and redownloaded the app still nothing a total waste of money.

I cant believe I spent money on this. It is only a still pic of Santa and its NOT personalized. Awful. What happened to magic Santa?!?!!
